Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are p53, PKC-b-II_pS660, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with PARP14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP14-to-partner and partner-to-PARP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p53 grouped by PARP14-low versus PARP14-high in COAD.
