PARP14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,036 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of interleukin-4-mediated signaling pathway, Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen. Each is linked with PARP14 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP14-to-partner and partner-to-PARP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of interleukin-4-mediated signaling pathway grouped by PARP14-low versus PARP14-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 5,036 associations by consensus.
