Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 310 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM23, TEX35, and CRYGA. Each is linked with PARP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP14-to-partner and partner-to-PARP14 results are reported.
