Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTRT1, WFDC8, and MAGEB5. Each is linked with PARP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP11-to-partner and partner-to-PARP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTRT1 grouped by PARP11-low versus PARP11-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
