Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,143 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX58, IFIT1, and IFIT2. Each is linked with PARP10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP10-to-partner and partner-to-PARP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP10 versus DDX58 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
