Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,558 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, DERL2, and MIR4324. Each is linked with PARP10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP10-to-partner and partner-to-PARP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1A grouped by PARP10-low versus PARP10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
