Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,460 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP14, UBA7, and RNF213. Each is linked with PARP10 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP10-to-partner and partner-to-PARP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP10 versus PARP14 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
