Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,928 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, Protein poly-ADP-ribosylation, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I. Each is linked with PARP10 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP10-to-partner and partner-to-PARP10 results are reported.
