Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,477 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARL-associated genes across cancer lineages are DVL3, TMEM41A, and ALG3. Each is linked with PARL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARL-to-partner and partner-to-PARL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARL versus DVL3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
