PARK7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARK7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,038 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARK7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE4B, YTHDF2, and NUDC. Each is linked with PARK7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARK7-to-partner and partner-to-PARK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARK7 versus UBE4B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
