PARK7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARK7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,269 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENO1, DNAJC11, and AURKAIP1. Each is linked with PARK7 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARK7-to-partner and partner-to-PARK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARK7 versus ENO1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
