Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARK7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,221 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARK7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 'de novo' pyrimidine nucleobase biosynthetic process, DNA replication initiation, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with PARK7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARK7-to-partner and partner-to-PARK7 results are reported.
