Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,416 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARG-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS8P1, RN7SL241P, and SERINC4. Each is linked with PARG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARG-to-partner and partner-to-PARG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
