Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARD6G Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PARD6G data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PARD6G Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARD6G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where PARD6G Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
