PARD6G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARD6G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,490 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARD6G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, PSME2, and PARD6G_S110. Each is linked with PARD6G in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARD6G-to-partner and partner-to-PARD6G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARD6G versus SMAD4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARD6G→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARD6G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
