Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARD6G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,557 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARD6G-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIRBP-AS1, VN1R91P, and MIR6508. Each is linked with PARD6G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARD6G-to-partner and partner-to-PARD6G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIRBP-AS1 grouped by PARD6G-low versus PARD6G-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARD6G→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARD6G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
