PARD6G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARD6G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,183 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARD6G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase III, and Exit from mitosis. Each is linked with PARD6G in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARD6G-to-partner and partner-to-PARD6G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of DNA repair grouped by PARD6G-low versus PARD6G-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARD6G→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARD6G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
