Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARD6G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARD6G-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX46, IL5, and SIRPD. Each is linked with PARD6G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARD6G-to-partner and partner-to-PARD6G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX46 grouped by PARD6G-low versus PARD6G-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARD6G→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARD6G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
