Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARD6B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARD6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, mTOR, and PCNA. Each is linked with PARD6B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARD6B-to-partner and partner-to-PARD6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by PARD6B-low versus PARD6B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARD6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARD6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
