Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARD6B RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PARD6B data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher PARD6B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARD6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and BRCA show a favorable association.
LIHC, KIRC, and BRCA are the cancer types where PARD6B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
