Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARD6A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PARD6A data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher PARD6A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARD6A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, STAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where PARD6A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
