Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARD3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,449 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARD3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC45, MIR2276, and UHRF1. Each is linked with PARD3B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARD3B-to-partner and partner-to-PARD3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC45 grouped by PARD3B-low versus PARD3B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARD3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARD3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
