PARD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,843 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52N4, C14orf180, and GPR33. Each is linked with PARD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARD3-to-partner and partner-to-PARD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52N4 grouped by PARD3-low versus PARD3-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
