PAQR8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAQR8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, HAO2, and IL22. Each is linked with PAQR8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR8-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by PAQR8-low versus PAQR8-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
