Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAQR4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PAQR4 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher PAQR4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAQR4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, ESCA, and MESO are the cancer types where PAQR4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
