PAQR4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,953 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENDOU, SLC39A7, and PLAU. Each is linked with PAQR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR4-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAQR4 versus ENDOU in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
