Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAQR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,101 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly, Chromosome condensation, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body. Each is linked with PAQR4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR4-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR4 results are reported.
