PAQR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,469 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHPT1, UTP4, and SPAST. Each is linked with PAQR3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR3-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAQR3 versus PHPT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
