PAQR3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 726 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ2, CLPX, and RSPH6A. Each is linked with PAQR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR3-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAQR3 versus COQ2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
