PAQR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FoxM1, and GATA6. Each is linked with PAQR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR3-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by PAQR3-low versus PAQR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
