PAPSS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPSS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,947 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPSS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL54, SERPINB8, and MRPS10. Each is linked with PAPSS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPSS1-to-partner and partner-to-PAPSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPSS1 versus MRPL54 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
