Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPSS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,062 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPSS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RANGAP1, USO1, and PRRC1. Each is linked with PAPSS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPSS1-to-partner and partner-to-PAPSS1 results are reported.
