PAPPA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,118 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPPA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, LAMA4, and LAMC1. Each is linked with PAPPA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPPA2-to-partner and partner-to-PAPPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPPA2 versus KANK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
