PAPPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRC2, NNMT, and FAP. Each is linked with PAPPA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPPA-to-partner and partner-to-PAPPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPPA versus MRC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
