Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,641 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, GALNT15, and ABCA8. Each is linked with PAPPA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPPA-to-partner and partner-to-PAPPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPPA versus MYL9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
