Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF367, MELK, and GON7. Each is linked with PAPPA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPPA-to-partner and partner-to-PAPPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF367 grouped by PAPPA-low versus PAPPA-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
