Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAPPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 458 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDP2, PTCRA, and ATXN7L2. Each is linked with PAPPA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPPA-to-partner and partner-to-PAPPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDP2 grouped by PAPPA-low versus PAPPA-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
