Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPOLA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,345 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPOLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL201P, RNU6-1164P, and CCL5. Each is linked with PAPOLA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPOLA-to-partner and partner-to-PAPOLA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL201P grouped by PAPOLA-low versus PAPOLA-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPOLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPOLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
