PAPLN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPLN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,487 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAPLN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, CLIC2, and DAB2. Each is linked with PAPLN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPLN-to-partner and partner-to-PAPLN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPLN versus KANK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
