Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPLN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,637 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, ABCA8, and EMCN. Each is linked with PAPLN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPLN-to-partner and partner-to-PAPLN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAPLN versus C7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
