Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPLN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBR7, SLBP, and GSKIP. Each is linked with PAPLN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPLN-to-partner and partner-to-PAPLN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBR7 grouped by PAPLN-low versus PAPLN-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
