Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAPLN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2. Each is linked with PAPLN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPLN-to-partner and partner-to-PAPLN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by PAPLN-low versus PAPLN-high in UCEC.
