Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAPLN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,455 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAPLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINGO4, TTC33, and ASCC1. Each is linked with PAPLN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAPLN-to-partner and partner-to-PAPLN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINGO4 grouped by PAPLN-low versus PAPLN-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAPLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAPLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
