PANX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PANX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 816 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-4, IFNWP9, and RNU1-57P. Each is linked with PANX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANX2-to-partner and partner-to-PANX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-4 grouped by PANX2-low versus PANX2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
