Across TCGA cell cohorts, PANO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,223 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Methylglyoxal metabolic process, and Protein deacylation. Each is linked with PANO1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANO1-to-partner and partner-to-PANO1 results are reported.
