PANK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PANK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,534 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, NSFL1C, and ZCCHC3. Each is linked with PANK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANK2-to-partner and partner-to-PANK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PANK2 versus TRMT6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
