Across TCGA cell cohorts, PANK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,016 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Regulation by virus of viral protein levels in host cell, and Regulation of peroxisome organization. Each is linked with PANK2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANK2-to-partner and partner-to-PANK2 results are reported.
