PANK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PANK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52B2, ZSCAN1, and SLC18A3. Each is linked with PANK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANK2-to-partner and partner-to-PANK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52B2 grouped by PANK2-low versus PANK2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
