PANK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PANK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,276 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4710, RNA5SP147, and RNU6-1082P. Each is linked with PANK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANK1-to-partner and partner-to-PANK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4710 grouped by PANK1-low versus PANK1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
