Across TCGA cell cohorts, PANK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,659 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, and DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with PANK1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANK1-to-partner and partner-to-PANK1 results are reported.
